Flamme en rose’s lifetime warranty
At Flamme en rose, all our jewelry is made in our Montreal workshop by qualified jewelers according to very strict quality standards. We want your satisfaction to last well beyond the purchase of one of our jewelry. When you buy a Flamme en rose piece of jewelry in our boutique workshop or via our website, you receive a certificate of authenticity and benefit from a lifetime guarantee against defects and manufacturing defects.
Conditions of the Flamme en rose lifetime warranty
• Each of our jewelry is covered by the Flamme en rose lifetime guarantee. In order to apply this guarantee, we must inspect and clean your jewelry annually. We invite you tomake an appointment with us for this type of annual visit.
• If breakage should occur, we strongly suggest that you stop wearing your jewelry and come see us in the workshop for an inspection. If your jewelry breaks and after analysis by our experts, we conclude that it is a manufacturing error on our part, we apply the lifetime warranty and fully assume the repair and shipping costs. On the other hand, if after analysis, we find that the breakage is caused by poor handling on your part (shock, impact, etc.), the repair and shipping costs to our workshop are your responsibility.
• Although diamonds are the hardest stone with an index of 10 on the hardness scale and Flamme en rose only sells high quality diamonds, it is still possible to break or fracture a diamond. Please note that the colored stones in our jewelry as well as the central diamond on our rings are not covered by the lifetime warranty. This is why we recommend that you obtain an insurance policy covering the loss and breakage of the central diamond, as well as the loss and theft of your ring.

Being fans of online shopping ourselves, we know that purchasing a piece of jewelry for a higher amount can cause hesitation as you cannot actually have the product in front of you. To allow you to try on your jewelry peacefully at home, Flamme en rose offers you the possibility of sending you a replica of the jewelry you wish to purchase. Contact us for details and costs of this option as they may vary from one model to another.
Taxes and customs fees
As life is full of surprises, we prefer to inform you that all taxes (other than GST/QST), applicable duties and import brokerage fees will be your responsibility.
Payment policy
The security of your payment is a priority for us! This is why Flamme en rose trusts Shopify payments . Shopify payments complies with the ICP Data Security Standard and supports 3D Secure checkout. Payment for any online order will be collected by Flamme en rose via Shopify payments as soon as you have completed your entire online purchase. The currencies used for all transactions are Canadian dollars. Any other currency indicated on the site is only for information purposes to estimate the total after conversion from Canadian dollars.

Flamme en rose inc. is the sole owner of all rights and everything included in this website. It is strictly prohibited by government laws to use, copy or reproduce in part or in whole the photos, jewelry designs, texts or any other material present on this website.
Pictures
All photos displayed on this website were taken by a professional photographer and lightly edited by computer. It is therefore possible that your actual piece of jewelry may differ slightly in color from the result on the photo. Unlike many websites, we have strived to make photos as realistic as possible without 3D drawing effects.
Possibilities of errors
Flamme en rose is not just a company, it is above all humans who think, create, shape, write, interact... Despite the best of our will, errors may appear on this website . Whether in terms of a product description or a price, we reserve the right to correct the error in question with the customer or perhaps even in more extreme cases to cancel the order.
A free upgrade!
Didn't order a ring in your size? Have no fear, Flamme en rose offers you the possibility of correcting the error and having an optimal adjustment. This adjustment is free* for any modification of an additional point or a reduction of a point. For example, if you order a size 5, it is possible to adjust from size 4 to size 6 for free. For any other adjustments of plus or minus one point, there may be an additional charge.
All jewelry sold in Canada can be resized within 20 days provided that:
- The jewelry does not show signs of regular wear during the 20-day period (micro-scratches, impacts, etc.)
- The jewel has not previously been returned for re-sizing (by Flamme en rose or another jeweler)
- The jewelry does not have a personalized engraving inside. However, you can benefit from your free personalized engraving after the engraving.
If these conditions are respected, your ring will be resized within 2 weeks.
For any other ring sold elsewhere in the world, we recommend that you visit your specialist repair jeweler to resize.
*Resizes are not free for rings sold with 30% or more discounts.

Manufacturing time and lead time
When you order a piece of jewelry on our website, we get to work within a few days to handcraft your precious piece of jewelry with the greatest attention to detail and quality. Manufacturing times are specific to each piece of jewelry. Please consult the ''Characteristics'' tab on the jewelry(s) of your choice to find out the delivery times.
