OUR DELIVERY POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

What are the delivery policies?

Delivery is free everywhere in Canada , regardless of the amount of the online purchase* . In the United States and Europe, the different options and prices will be automatically offered to you when you go to the shopping cart. Outside of these geographic areas, do not hesitate to contact us and we can inform you about delivery and the costs you will be charged. Your package will be sent with the following terms:

• Full insurance for your package
• Canada Post tracking number
• Adult signature required upon receipt of package.
  
  

It is important whether your address is residential or commercial. We cannot ship to a PO Box as a signature is required upon receipt.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package tracking number. You will therefore be able to thrill with happiness while watching the progress of your shipment!

For customers wishing to come and meet us directly at the workshop, please know that we will be happy to hand-deliver your purchase to you. All you have to do is select the '' Collection on site '' option when you check out.

Do I have to pay taxes and customs fees?

As life is full of surprises, we prefer to inform you that all taxes (other than GST/QST), applicable duties and import brokerage fees will be your responsibility.

OUR RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Can I get a refund?

Flamme en rose only offers you the possibility of reimbursement on jewelry purchased online* whose sale value does not exceed $500 . If your purchase does not exceed this value before taxes, your jewelry is eligible for a full refund within 20 days of purchase. However, the conditions below must be respected:

• Only returns of items shipped to Canada are accepted. Please note that items sold internationally are final sale.
• The jewelry must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn.
• If the jewelry in question is a ring, it must not have had any sizing or personalized engraving.
• You can only return one piece of jewelry per order if it included several items. This policy is applied in order to prevent abuse.

Any refunds will be made via the payment method used for purchase. Please note that delivery and return costs are non-refundable.

We will be happy to provide you with a secure Canada Post return label to make this step quick and easy for you. The cost of this return label will be deducted from the amount of your order in the case of a refund. Please refer below to our section ' 'How to make a safe return by post'' in order to return your jewelry to us safely.

Can I make an exchange?

For any jewelry purchased online* with a value of $1,500 or less before taxes , we offer you the possibility of exchanging your purchase if it does not meet your expectations. Your purchase is eligible for our return policy for exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. However, the conditions below must be respected:

• Only returns of items shipped to Canada are accepted. Please note that items sold internationally are final sale.
• The jewelry must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn.
• If the jewelry in question is a ring, it must not have had any sizing or personalized engraving.
• You can only return one piece of jewelry per order if it included several items. This policy is applied in order to prevent abuse.
• You can exchange your purchase for one or more items whose total amount is within approximately $200 of your initial purchase. Any balance below the initial amount will be refunded to you and any balance above the initial amount will be billed to you.

H ow do I make a secure return by mail?

If your purchase is eligible for one of our return policies , here are the steps to follow to return your jewelry to us safely.

1. Contact us first to let us know the reason for your return.
2. Pack your jewelry well and make sure to return all the items that were initially in your package (box, certificate, diamond certificate, etc.)
3. Include your online purchase confirmation number with your package.
4. We will email you a secure Canada Post return label. Please follow the instructions provided by Canada Post on this label to properly return your package.
5. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. We will be happy to provide you with a secure Canada Post return label to make this step quick and easy for you. The cost of this return label will be deducted from the amount of your order in the case of a refund and from the amount of your credit in the case of an exchange.
   
   

By following these procedures, you will be sure that your package will arrive safely.

Once we receive your package, we will contact you within 5 business days to process your exchange or refund .

What should I do if my ring size is wrong?

Didn't order a ring in your size? Have no fear, Flamme en rose offers you the possibility of correcting the error and having an optimal fit. This adjustment is free* for any modification of an additional point or a reduction of a point. For example, if you order a size 5, it is possible to adjust from size 4 to size 6 for free. For any other adjustments of plus or minus one point, there may be an additional charge.

All jewelry sold in Canada can be resized within 20 days provided that:

• The jewelry does not show signs of regular wear during the 20-day period (micro-scratches, impacts, etc.)
• The jewel has not previously been returned for re-sizing (by Flamme en rose or another jeweler)
• The jewelry does not have a personalized engraving inside. However, you can benefit from your free personalized engraving after the engraving.

If these conditions are respected, your ring will be resized within 2 weeks.

How do I know my finger size?

Don't know your finger size? Do you want to surprise but don't know which size to choose? Flamme en rose offers to send you a ring sizer free of charge within a few days that will allow you to determine your finger size. Please contact us to receive your ring sizer for free!
